Complaint against Eaglemoss
I'm subscribed to the dc graphic novel collection which is an excellent product. When you get it that is. I changed my credit card details in July and informed Eaglemoss. A missed payment was taken and the next scheduled payment on the same day. I'm awaiting 6 issues (two lots of three) since August now. Another payment has been taken for one of the special issues on 11th Sept so it's supposed to arrive anytime now. There is stock on the website which can be ordered as single issues so lack of product shouldn't be the problem. So far in the last 2 weeks I've tried phoning,emailing, Facebook message, a tweet, a twitter message and posting several times on Facebook posts promoting the subscription of the subscription I'm not receiving!! These comments of mine and others are being removed so someone knows we are trying to contact the company and when we voice what's actually going on it's removed so potential customers can't see what they're getting into. Get adequate product in stock if that's the issue. Get more people to deal with customer problems. Invest in some I.T. so when things are sent out an email is sent. If there's no stock let us know.
