Complaint against Mitsubishi
My Grandis went to the Jenkins Dealership 9 weeks ago with an electrical fault. After changing the starting motor, battery and wanting to change the CPU ( £1500 - which we made them test before changing and it is fault free), the engineers were at a loss to solve the problem, offering the only solution of changing parts at my expense to see which one solves the problem with no guarantee. Poor service, poor communications and absolutely no faith in their work has led me to take my car else where to be fixed. Mitsubushi cant fix their own cars, feeling miserable with mitsubushi !
