Complaint against Gatwick Airport

I collected my car on 10th May after a 6 day holiday to find it had a ten inch crack in the windscreen. After 10 days of customer service hell Gatwick remain insistent they will not cover this (they will not explain the process behind this decision despite being asked - it's just standard). The Customer Service has been horrific, I have key questions they are unable to answer and I feel lost and helpless against them
