[RESPONDED] Conservatory roof

Complaint against Safestyle

2 replacement conservatories done last summer. Rang Safestyle on 3rd March as water coming in through central electric light fitting! Very frustrating conversation with a less than helpful person (after waiting in the call queue for ages). Assured a manager would call back...still waiting. Guy came to literally look at the conservatory (waste of time!). and arranged for it to be fixed 22nd March. Had a message left on answerphone today (20th March @ 15.23) to cancel, offering next available slot of 12th April! Not able to use the room and left in a potentially dangerous position in our home through no fault of our own. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of help/support from the company. Completely unacceptable.

Nice to get the ‘standard response’. We did this on Weds having read other complaints....still waiting to hear back.....
