Can't track my order and it was not delivered on time

Complaint against Currys PC World

My laptop is lost in space...PCW1522496822 Paid for the same day delivery - Delivery didn't take place on Friday (that is the day), Saturday, Sunday or Monday (today)... Tracking numbers are -wrong Phone service is still engaged for two hours...gave up... Facebook is still silent after several messages were left... Email was sent to customer services in early morning on Monday(today) - now is 18.21 pm...Silent... What is going on??? Should they still be allowed to trade with this appalling standards?

Hi Rich D, thank you very much for your prompt reply. Just to let you know, that I've call to Royal Mail on Friday, Saturday and today (Monday). They have check my post code, this "very strange" as they have putted Royal Mail Tracking code: DIX1007837001. This is not code that you can trace on Royal Mail tracking system, why do you give this codes to your customers? However, my address was never on Royal Mail system and every time they advice me to be in contact with Pcword. Sound like a loop.

With this we have to allow Royal Mail 3 days to investigate the missing item. Once this has been done we will be in touch and send a replacement out to you. Thanks, Rich D

You should send me another item TOMORROW, refund delivery fee and gave me compensation for the hassle and stress. To stress this meter worse, this is the Birthday Present and should of been given to my Mum on Sunday! Yesterday! Now she is worried as well (poor old girl) and all our family is in stress from it.

Sorry, not for 3 days...why do I have to wait for 8 days instead of getting my item ASAP? Do you always punishing your customers this way, who spend £500 ? If I would not have my laptop tomorrow before 14.00, I will be writing Report to Trading Standards about your company.

You can deliver my laptop tomorrow before 14.00 by organising delivery from any of your local shops, and than take your time trace and find missing item with Royal Mail that would be returned to you. This is not my business... Hope you are getting my point here. Best regards, Irina Morozova

I have paid for the same day delivery. I need my item ASAP (.4 days ago). Your company send me a wrong tracking information. If you know that item is still with Royal Mail, you should organise this item to be delivered back to you (not me) in 3-25 days it's not customer's problem. You have to deliver me a new same item. It's causing very big stress and putting me under pressure to be available in order laptop arrived. However, I think this item was never in stock and your company taken time to deliver it from China. It will save your money on wear house and stock intake to deal this way, but it will never give you customer loyalty.... I am asking you to refund my money! You are keeping my £500 for one week now! This is very dishonest trade!
