Complaint against Currys PC World

Pc world, I have a complaint to make about a appalling experience, service and a quite disturbing attitude I received from your employee/Store manager. On the day of this incident, I travelled from Edmonton Green all the way to Harlow to purchase a Camera with insurance and along with that camera I had purchased a PNY 64GB MICRO ANDROID and when I had entered my car, I took out the camera box out to put the pieces together and test it out for myself and I had realized that the PNY 64GB MICRO ANDROID product was not in the bag, so I put the camera back into its box and then back into the bag and went back to ask them if they had saw it, they checked the tills and found nothing so they then admitted that another worker might have accidently taken it and put it back to the pile of products to be re-displayed so they disappeared for a while and came back saying that none of the workers have and offered to show me the CCTV but not in the CCTV room when I wanted to see it in the CCTV room, instead of taking me up there the girl at the till came down with a recording of the part where she had put something which she claimed it was the PNY 64GB MICRO ANDROID I had purchased. The recording on her phone was really blurry to a state where I couldn't see it and neither could my son so I do not count the recording on her phone as evidence of her actually putting it in the bag because it was blurry, and the fact that she didn't take me to the CCTV room to actually see it properly there now makes me strongly believe that she was lying and did not put it in my bag at the checkout. Another thing that I realized was the product I had bought and the product they then took from the display to apparently try to figure out which product I had bought were two different but also similar looking models from the same company who made the memory card; I had bought a PNY 64GB MICRO ANDROID but the product they bought was a more fast version of the memory card I had purchased and the frame of the memory card they had taken from the display was plain black but the one I had bought was made of a frame which was made from the colour bright grey with a green design on it, when I then put this forward, they strongly claimed that the colour of the product I bought was black and that It was clearly seen in the CCTV recording but one thing they haven't thought about was that the Insurance "Knowhow" frame was the exact same size as the memory cards frame and coloured black and It was not clearly seen in the CCTV recording because the recording of the CCTV on her phone was really blurry so they falsely claimed that the Knowhow insurance card was my memory card which wasn't black, it was a bright grey with green designs on it I then walked over to the display section of the memory cards and bought the correct model of which I had bought and pointed out that on the receipt it wrote "Android" next to the "PNY 64GB MICRO" and showed them the writing of "Android" on the product I had taken from the display and then compared it to the more faster model they had taken from the display which had no reference of "Android" on it what so ever, on top of this the girl decided to scan them both on the computer and then try to make me believe that they both come out as "Android" under the system but all I saw in the system was a long product number for both which wasn't even completed due to the screen being small and the product numbers being long (the computer would hide some of the numbers in which you would have to scroll over to see the rest because the screen is small and cannot display them all). They had then told us to retrace our steps back to the car in case of it had quite impossibly fallen out of the bag, to which I then said that it is impossible and that even if it had fallen out that I would realize it and then to double check I retraced my step and didn't see anything on the floor (Because It was not in the bag in the first place and it did not fall out). Then I offered to pay £10 for a new one and that I wouldn't pay more than a single penny, on top of this she called the manager and he said that they can only drop £10 on the product and wanted me to buy a more advanced/faster version of the memory card (which was also more expensive) and the store manager said that they would only drop £10 off of it. At this moment I was really raged and I walked out after a the store manager having a one-sided argument with me where he pointlessly repeated that they can only drop £10 and he said that If I do not take the offer now it would be gone forever and I see this as a threat. On top of this I got even more raged and angry and walked out to not hurt him physically and went back to my car to relax because I have a serious diabetic health issue and because of that I get really angry at situations like these. Whilst I was driving away I saw him with a colleague of his and where he then looked at me then laughed as if he was pitying me which I also found rude. I have been a customer with Currys/Pc world for 25 years and had a strong trust for the employees which gave me the thought of not needing to double check the bags in case something is missing, but now that this incident has happened, I will be double checking the bags (That's if I still decide to shop at any PC world/Currys store) and from now on, Pc world will remain as a cheap company with the nickname of "beggar" in my eye from the day 24/05/2015. I really feel sorry for the lack of respect and rude attitude your employees have towards the customer, maybe you should teach your store manager(s) to be a little less of a emotionless robot and a little more respectful. I would like my £29.99 refunded back to me or a replacement of the same product.
