Complaint against easyJet
On a recent flight to Majorca Saturday the 12/9/2015 flight time 20.50 I always tend to purchase a new perfume so I looked and noted the new Gucci Bamboo was on there for a great price for a 60ml within their inflight booklet . I was however somewhat stunned that the bottle given was a 30ml .... When I pointed out the error she assured me this was correct . Even when I gave her the evidence of the booklet she told me she new nothing of this mistake (I have the leaflet as evidence ) so I then requested a second bottle to make up the 60 ml in total she refused this( she said no other bottles were on board , this I find very hard to believe as I was the first out of three people to enquirer about duty free on the whole plane ) . Upon speaking to a fellow traveler within my party she then said they had had an email on this very issue . This issue is very simple if you advertise a price and certain ml /size that is what you should get , I am utterly outraged at a company of such size is allowed to flunk the law in this way and get away with it , and am completely stunned they have not even bothered to contacted me after nearly a month . I will be contacting Gucci head office as well as this effects there brand . I have phoned Easy Jet again today however I don't hold out much hope .
