EE have failed to give me the correct unlock codes for my phone
Complaint against EE
I changed my mobile provider from EE to BT, I needed to retain my phone number. EE locked my phone on the 07 12 15. EE sent me three sets of unlock codes over the course of a month, non of which have worked, despite following their instructions to the letter. There has been no acknowledgement to my emails and no response to my letter to their Head Office at Hatfield. I have written again today. My phone remains locked.
