I decided to switch to a Talk and Text package which was advised by my local shop at Talbot Green Retail Park the plan was described as being more suited to my needs after being scammed at a ee/T-Mobile shop at Queen Sf Cardiff I was informed that if I registered my bank card it could not be reversed or deleted from their system for 90 days However I was not tod this in the store,s also I was not informed fhat if I topped up by a minimum of £5 an amount would be deducted from £1 Talk &Text bundle it appears the" saving money" statement was incorrect as they gain every time I also note it states u can top up as little as £3 on automated service T&T but u can not accsess that amount only £5 I have also noted that although using non=premium numbers they are charging for them also I was receiving Unknown texts a not known number stating I had used all my credit so bogus texrs from 3rd party user. I reported this to the Police Action Fraud, however I find when you report to Advisors they do not listen and brush it off even with a crime ref number and name I had to go to my Bank and make checks n bogus payments I do not like the way some Advisors ignore a serious crime and never bother to escalate the complaint I have also had huge bills passed to credit ref agencies lowell Finance ref no L4ACRDEF after escalating complaints to these companies they DO NOT reply It has cost me Financially in travelling to Cardiff stores also Talbot Green to sort these continual issue,s Iwas informed that a Daniel Harris had the same number as mine I want this sorted out and rembursment for the inconvience Icontacted C.A.B sending the complaint months ago
