Complaint against TomTom
I updated my device a few days ago and my device would not restart and complete the update. I contacted Tom Tom and they sent links to help me un freeze my device on 2 occasions but nothing worked and this has now rendered my device useless. I realise that my device is quite old however I have never had a problem updating it in the past. Initially the advisor said that had some good deals if my device couldn't be updated, hardly a solution when my device was working perfectly well prior to the attempted update. I think that this response is unreasonable from Tom Tom, I have contacted them prior to this complaint but they have not got back to me. I should have some sort of recompense (a new device or reconditioned one) as I do not have a navigation device now and need one for my job.
