Complaint against Bravofly

I have booked flights from Dublin to Vancouver last oct to fly out 21st July. I have tried all contacts for both Bravofly and Westjet and cannot get in touch with either company and i need my boarding passes. there are no clear instructions either. i live in Northern Ireland, which is part of UK. I am now very worried
