very very poor service

Complaint against Specsavers

had eye test on 23rd september lens in tray no action taken for two weeks unable to choose suitible fraims would try to locate other branches fraims payed in full on the day lenses prossesed but wouldnt fit fraim reorderd lense to fit fraims chosen agan wouldnt fit they are now trying get more lenses to fit my fraimsi have already got still waiting being a long standerd custamer and famaly i feel service given is very very unsattisfactury i am still suffering headaches and poor vision and still waitingafter 23rd september i feel i should be reembursed plus commpansation for very poor service im tempted to go else were and my family i await your reply urgent mr robert hardman
