Complaint against AYI

I accidentally clicked on a link on Facebook in April of this year. I saw a photo AYI had my photo on their files. I had last accessed AYI when I was 20. When I saw the photo was over 10 years old, I was relieved; and not worried about privacy or financial loss. I sent a few ice breaker questions for fun, and stupidly agreed to auto renew my subscription. I was shocked to discover that the cost for auto renewal of subscription services is £44.99, I found this out from my banks' fraud detection department today. The item left my account on the 20th of May. I would like both a refund, and to encourage AYI to be more transparent.
