Complaint against TNT

I had an item delivered but I wasn't in ,booked re delivery this was on 7th april 2015 ,somehow item ended up in an auto body shop near Edinburgh ,numerous phone calls later taking on average half an hour to be answered, it has been booked to be collected and redelivered on a number of occasions ,still no parcel .on my second to last contact with tnt they phoned me to ask why I refused delivery I told them I haven't they then realised yet again they had collected item from body shop and tried to deliver back to the same place ,I know you couldn't write it could you pure stupidity,I gave my address for about the 50 th time and was assured it was on way to me !!!,a few days passed I phoned yet again and was told case was closed and I should get the seller to claim for item this would have been some help but as I informed them I have no way of contacting seller so looks like as the customer I am out of pocket by just short of £300 and endless hours of time of work and phone calls I still get home and look for card in mail but who am I kidding these guys could of sent it anywhere
