[LAPSED] got asian shopkeeper to phone lycamobile as they refused to take money for this months bundle

Complaint against Lycamobile

i have a standing order of such were lcamobile take 10pnds out every month to cover my calls+txts ,This was meant to happen 12 lastnight but they didn't take it out so I took the phone to where I buy my top ups as hes an Asian friend,, he phoned them got through to a person called Christian which I don't think was his right name,? he refused to put my friend on to a supervisor+daid he couldn't understand my friend??bearing in mind there both Asian,?? I sent lycamobile an e-mail asking for explanation only to be blanked again,,So my friend owner of shop is taking all lycamobile signs down im going on facebook I must have 50people who have this network I plan to get them to listen to whats happened to me so they change over to a new contract think as this isn't first time this has happened there basically scamming people for 10pnds so when u make a call u have to top up again as because they didn't auto take it out at midnight+ive used it I have to put another 10pnds in to get my bundle,??ive sent them email which they haven't replied to and Christian refused to put us through to a supervisor,, I say there scamming people by doing this I hope if this has happened to you that u do descent thing and change from lyca conmobile
