Complaint against Extra Energy
I joined Extra Energy in September '14. I wasn't made aware that if you're lucky you get 1 bill a year. I want to know whether I'm in credit or not with my gas and electric. Simple you'd think. But not with Extra Energy! Having been told a bill was produced on 18th February '15 and it was being 'quality checked, I am still waiting. It's now the end of May!!! Thousands of people have written reviews online and said the same as me. Customer service is zero. No one can answer your query and no one cares. I want to leave this pitiful company now. Has to be the worst utility company ever! I've now made complaints to the energy ombudsman and Watchdog. Watch this space!!!
