Complaint against Parkmobile
I signed up with ParkMobile who stored my card details for easy of use parking payment. ParkMobile clearly displays their number to call and area number for the carpark. It also clearly states the hourly rate, however they do not mention the hidden 40% transaction fee which automatically gets charged to the stored debit card. Nor do they send confirmation of these charges. Stealth charges hit small businesses.
