Overcharging my account

Complaint against Parkmobile

When using park mobile in Wandsworth I stop my parking on returning to my car yet I am having the full amount of hours debited from my account. When cancelling my parking I am given an amount usually £2 and change because I generally park for less than an hour. After checking my bank account I realized that the transaction are a lot more. See details below:- 9th September £15.61 13th October £6.66 8th November £8.51 I know that on the above all parking had been stopped. Does this system work properly? I am requesting an investigation and refund and if this does not happen I do intend to take this matter further. I await your response. Yours Upset customer Maureen Hammond
