Complaint against Waterstones

The staff are actually very helpful, as a wheelchair user and being fiercely independent, I enjoy being able to shop with little support. HOWEVER Waterstones is making my independence difficult. Your store in Grimsby Freshney Place is fully carpeted (the carpet is disgusting), as a wheelchair user I am struggling to push myself around your store due to the carpet, it's so difficult to push myself around, so much so I feel I don't want to go into your store (which by the way is a bookshop I enjoy) anymore as it's carpet is restricting me from pushing myself around. I am sure if someone from your company actually got into a wheelchair and tried to get around they would fully understand how difficult it is. As a disabled person I feel I have a right to shop in any shop I wish to go into as an able bodied person is able too. Please please can u consider laminating your floor, it would be a much cleaner floor to keep clean, enable wheelchair users to get around much easier, u as a company may think this is an expense you don't wish to undertake, if this is a fact then Waterstones doesn't care about the rights of a disabled shopper. I hope u can resolve this as soon as possible, I would hate to have to stop shopping in your store as would other disabled users. My number is 01469 588144 or my mobile is 07543649111 as rather than a email it would actually be nice to talk to someone. Thank you
