I called to find out what is happening to my account as there were R51 deductions which I didn't know as I thought I had finished paying for my laptop in April. The person who was helping me was getting annoyed because she sees a payment on my account of the same amount on the 4th of May and she kept saying I made a payment to my account which I didn't. And then I asked her to me the statement, she asked for my emai address and I gave it to her but the statement was sent to a wrong email that doesn't work anymore. And then I receive an sms with a reference number
