Complaint against FoneChoice
I booked my cell phone for collection and repairs on 5 January 2016, at 8h52. Till today, 4 February 2016 they have not picked it up. I have spoken to numerous of their call centre agents who keeps on saying collection the next day etc. This is a bad service to the superlative degree of comparison and I am still paying for the phone I am not using!!
