Denied to submit my claim at fonechoice

Complaint against FoneChoice

My phone was stolen and I immediately opened a case within 48 hours,after reading insurance exclusions I knew I was safe to can claim.On the 06 of July which is within the approved 30 days claiming period I called fonechoice to submit my claim,only to be sadly told that they can't help me and hung the phone on me several times.I tried calling several times to desperately at least submit to the same answer.
