FoneChoice does not have a customer care at all. Management don't speak to customers full stop.
Complaint against FoneChoice
I was being robbed on the 4th of January 2016 and my tablet fall and the screen got creak. I called Fonechoice on the 07-01-2016 to have my tablet's screen replaced by the insurance. they said it is booked to be collected by the company called RTT couriers. to date I 'm still waiting for the tablet to be collected. If I call them on the only number they have they put me on hold. I called them on 13-01-2016 and on the 25-01-2016 and that is when they gave me a ref no AY5022932 and phone number for RTT couriers to call them. If you ask to speak to the manager or supervisor, you are told that they don't speak to customers. So there is no customer care at all. So I must wait in the dark not knowing whether my tablet will be fixed or not. when? that is the big question. I regret buying at FoneChoice.
