Complaint against FoneChoice

1 Julie 2016, I bought a device from Fonechoice. Recieved it in Julie. Had it 2 weeks and it fell. The day after it fell I contacted Fonechoice, they told me that they will book for pick-up. 3 weeks went by and no one came to fetch the device. I contacted them again. Booking done again..After I phone for the third time, a courier company collected the device from me on 23 September 2016. Eversince 14 October I phone Fonechoice once a week and still they cant tell me how far the device is. Today it's 17 November 2016, I phoned them minutes ago and STILL they dont have answers for me about the device. I have to pay every month for a device I dont even have...
