Complaint against Deezer
I cancelled my Deezer subscription after various faults - I actually had confirmation over the phone that I wouldn't be charged any further. A few months later I noticed that the payments were still being taken (via my phone bill). Spoke to EE and Deezer who blamed each other. Deezer said they would escalate the issue, since then I have heard nothing - when I enquire they just say 'it's being dealt with' but it has been 4 and a half months. Now they just are not responding - so I have ended up paying for their error, and no one is willing to just apologise and claim responsibility. Really poor service.
