A new test day and would like an apology for the way I was treated by the staff.

Complaint against DVLA

On the day of my test I arrived at Chingford test centre ready to take my practical driving test. As i arrived I was awaited a que of people. This delayed me from being seen straight away. After I reached the front of the que, I was told by one of the lady instructors that I will not be able to take my test because she cannot be bothered and wants to go home. My friend then spoke to the lady to see if she could proceed with the test. she said "I am not going to. my friend then ask to see the manager. she said "their is no manager here, we can do what we like".
