DVLA VERY POOR SERVICE

Complaint against DVLA

I have been trying to register an imported car since 15 May 2019. I have called them five times in the last three weeks to be told it will be looked into and I will receive a call back. Never get a call back! When I call again I’m told the person is in lunch, at 11.30 and will call when returned,no call back and now that Specialist Registration department have left for the day at 3.50pm. Never get to speak to the same person twice, can never be transferred to the person or the department, what a disgrace. Asked to speak to a Senior Manager to be told I will get a call back today!!!!
