Complaint against OCS

We returned to Birmingham Airport on Flight TOM 7386 on the 27th Sept 2017. I wrote on the 5th October with details of my complaint and never received a response. So I emailed OCS on the 15th Nov direct , I received the automated reply but no other contact so emailed again a month later this time not even an automated reply. If by any chance OCS do reply to this, if you provide me with a name and email address I will gladly forward my original letter.
