Bought my son a BB gun which turned out to be faulty, returned and ugraded to another model costing and extra £50.00, so a total of £99.99 was paid. Bearing in mind my son had broken his wrist and had to have an operation, it was bought as an early birthday present to keep him occupied (my family all chipped in so we could buy it!!). Anyway the 2nd gun lost a bit of power within a week, so we took it back and the manager said there was nothing wrong with it, a week (later w.c. 8/5) it didnt work at all; we took it back and because it had two small scuffs on it they refused to swop or give money back, they said it was damaged!!; all they offered was a repair which could take up to 4 weeks. The cost of the gun and all the gas cylinder and bb pellets we bought must have totalled another £60.00 easy, so £160.00 Total. They could have easily replaced it and wrote it off as a loss. What awful customer service, had it cost £5.00 I wouldnt have minded so much, I have contacted the C.A.B. and have a reference number to quote, they said write to them but I don't hold out much hope.. Can you help?
