I sent for two samples and paid postage of .99p and £3.99. Both samples arrived but I was not happy with them. I cancelled the subscription and received an email to say my account was cancelled and no further charges would be made. On 27th May I received a call from my bank to say that a transaction of £96.73 had been blocked and could I authorise it. When I found out who it was for I said no. I had the most disgusting telephone conversation with one of your customer service representatives. The line was unclear and whenn I asked why both accounts had not been cancelled he would only repeat that I needed to return the product by recorded delivery and then it would be cancelled. He would not tell me why both products had not been cancelled. I am disgusted with your product and your customer service. I await your response.
