Complaint against XinWin
I pay for my 17 year old daughters phone. I have been charged £3.75 a week since June 2016 . My daughter has no knowledge of subscribing to this company. As I have 4 phone contracts I have only recently noticed her bill was much higher than the rest of the family. After contacting O2 we have since text STOP to 82288 as advised. I calculated we have paid about £225 . Is there any chance of a refund? Many thanks.
