Complaint against XinWin
My phone bill for the last couple of months have been higher than usual. I thought it was because of my data usage. I phoned my mobile phone provider and found out that Xin Win was charging me £4.50 a week for their subscription services that they said I signed up for. I did not sign up to be subscribed into a competition on a weekly basis. I asked the company for a refund and they said no because they sent texts stating that I could text stop. I explained to the company that I did not receive these texts otherwise I would have texted stopped as soon as I received the text. They have been charging me a total of £116.20 since November 2016.
