Complaint against XinWin
Hello, I've been charged £18.00 from your service since January 2017. I've been told today that I opt in for your vouchers since 2016. I have not sent a text message to your company and did not opt in legally I have not accepted your service and I did not consent to money being taken out my phone bill. I would like a full refund from your company as I've never texted your services. You have gone against my consent and I have not agreed to nothing. I was told I would be refunded.
