Complaint against XinWin
I did not realise I would be charged 4.50 but the same day in September I received my first message a couple of minutes later I replied with STOP but it still continued. When I received my bank statement I contacted my mobile operator which explained that I was still being charged for the messages. I was then put on hold by the mobile operator while he contacted yourselves and was put on a conference call, where the lady confirmed that the same day the first message was sent they also received my STOP message and she could not explain why they did not stop and told me to go onto this website for a refund as she could not give me one. I do have to point out that she was not very helpful at all.
