Complaint against Norton
I took out a 2 year security protection agreement on 13.10.15 and paid £249.99 to go cardless/infotchlogi-ektch5. My Norton has come up as expired and when I contacted them on Friday 7.10.16 on 0203 318 2203 he said he would phone back in 1 hour - it is now 14.25pm on 10.10.16 and after many attempts have tried to contact them again and left messages and there has been no response. I believe this centre was in Elgin Morayshire. I am extremely disappointed at this level of service from a company of Norton's standing in the industry. I need this to be resolved urgently and would have appreciated a telephone number to contact Norton but none available.
