Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, adding in the 50% extra, I wanted it to be a lovely surprise for her, I was furious to discover when I received the email that it could take 1-2 days, this is not stated prior to your payment being taken. The flowers didn't arrive for her birthday, so I ended up buying elsewhere. I have contacted my credit card company, reported them as fraudulent and the credit card company have refunded my money. To anyone buying flowers for a loved one, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, go to Interflora, Asda, Sainsburys.......anywhere except these.

It was handled by my credit card company. ....it has taken the flower company 2 weeks to reply..refunded in full
