Not delivered on time and surcharged at checkout

Complaint against Lovely Flora World

I placed an order online for flowers and my the delivery date i selected was 9th November. I proceeded to check out and was then surcharged an extra £ for no apparent reason, nothing was explained why. Thinking this was for prompt delivery of my selected date I paid the price plus £1 surcharge. I contacted Lovely Floral World by email and asked why the surcharge and they replied for providing good service? I also explained that the flowers had not been delivered on the Monday 9th November as agreed on their website. The flowers were eventually delivered a day late on Tuesday 10th November. I do not call this good service and at the very least I expect to be refunded for the surcharge.
