Complaint against Chessington World of Adventures
Good afternoon, I am contacting for the 3rd time about my visit on the 5/10/2017 I had made a complaint to a manager in the infomation office on site. I had filled out a complaints form on your sytem with the manager at the front desk. He had offered me and my guest 2 tickets to return over a year's period which we both agread that we were happy with. We had believed the complaint to have been resolved. I was assured that I would recive an email at the end of the working day (5/10/2017) to resolve the matter. I checked my emails on route home. There was not an email from Chessington World of Adventures or any staff members. I waited untill the following day (6/10/2017) and still had not received any communication. It unfortunately brought me to call Chessington and leave a voice message of complaint with my contact details.. still no reply!. This is turning in to a stressful matter that should had been solved on the day. I am 5 months pregnant and I was kept waiting outside the front gates of Chessington park for 45minutes as your staff member did not know how to log easyjet gateway tickets. He had to call on other members of staff for help. This took up to another 20minutes wait. This was just one of the problems we had at the park. I had travelled 2 hours from Milton keynes for a birthday treat. It was booked for an end of summer trip for me and a friend. I'm very dissapointed with the outcome of the whole day. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. Kind Regards Emily Archer
