You do not get what you paid for

Complaint against Chessington World of Adventures

Horrible horrible hotel not to mention the ceo and the manager , I booked and paid for 2 room types and as I have a disabled child needed a bath , we didn’t get either , we arrived on the Monday no twin room and no room with a bath not to mention my child doesn’t like showers so we needed a bath and as she had many medical problems she needed to be clean on her open wound sites , we were there for 5 days on the 3rd day we were given a room with a bath and were made to feel grateful for them giving us what we had paid for , as for the other room we requested we were never given that room , I have tried and tried to complain to the ceo and the manager but I am getting no where , I can’t believe they treat families with disabled children this way , it’s not like I am even asking for much but I think a partial refund as I didn’t get either room I had booked and paid for , seriously not happy with Chessington
