Poor treatment to customers over issues

Complaint against Lebara Mobile

I top up £20 on a new simply card so that my daughter could use it and the top up went through but the balance on my the sim card was not right so I called the customer service to be clear about what happened and after one or two questions were been asked I was giving enough time to say much and my sim card was blocked with my money on it I tried to talk to the lady but all efforts was nothing I was very sad because I got the sim card for my daughter to take to school tomorrow to be using this is not justify at all
