Complaint against Purely Creative

Hello, I wonder if you can help me? Back in 2013 I won some prizes on scratch cards out of magazines. I entered by post and did receive some of the prizes which were meals out, tea at spa hostels, that kind of thing. I was told I had won some other prizes, a hot air balloon rides, Two afternoon tea cruises, each for two people and many more prizes. I then received a letter telling me that the supplier of these trips had pulled out and the game card company was taking the supplier to court. Purely Creative, they are the game card company, reassured me that once they had been to court and had found a new supplier, my prizes would be able to be booked and taken. I wrote to them back in 2014 and did not get a reply. I contacted them two months ago, they have asked for all my details again but I still do not seem to be getting anywhere with them. I have told them I have all the relevant paperwork and have sent details to them as asked but do not seem to be getting any answers. I have attached the details of the prizes outstanding, I gave them a deadline of 09/12/16 to reply with answers but it's just been passed on to the Managing Director. I have asked for his direct email address and have had no reply. They have asked me to be patient but just how patient should I have to be? I won those prizes back in 2013 and they are not disputing the fact. Please can anybody help me. I told Purely Creative that if I did not hear from them by the 9th of December I would seek legal advice. Thanking you in anticipation Kind regards Kim Edwards
