Paid and booked a hotel room then it was no longer available 5 hours later

Complaint against Lastminute.com

Booked a room on my debit card told 5 hours later it was no longer available at that price You should not be advertising rooms you don't have T he staff I spoke to I had difficulty understanding them , but I summise you took my money couldn't tell me when it would be back in my account tantamount to fraud ! Read awful things about this company since my booking S hold have checked you out before Also I could have stayed in the hotel if I d paid more , but you wouldn't let me pay whilst on the phone , he wanted someone else to phone me later to take another payment Defiinately not !what is going on ? Never use you again and will certainly spread the word to my employees to avoid last minute . Com
