Complaint against iYogi

For the attention of management at Iyogi Re: Refund and compensation! I originally sent this email to Iyogi on the 29th of August at 20:39 but they have not responded to my complaint! I received a phone call from my bank Santander advising me that you have initially refunded my money of £49.95 as you were supposed to, you then debited the same amount again!! You sent me the below email on the 27th of July advising me that you will refund my money within 5-7 days, and you also promised that I will still continue to have my account open and provide me with support for a year! I am very upset with this crafty and unprofessional act! I am demanding for my money to be credited back to my account as soon as possible without and further delay!! I am also asking you to compensate me for the inconvenience and trouble you've caused me of £100!! This has been going on for too long! Can you reply to my email as soon as possible otherwise I will escalate this complaint and get my solicitor involved!
