Hi David, are you reporting an auto renewal charge? We would like to inform you that all our customers (when eligible for auto renewal) are sent a prior auto renewal notification email with an opt-out option. When we do not receive any reply or a customer doesn't opts out, only then the auto renewal charge is processed. We take all feedback seriously and we respect you as a customer.
