Complaint against Parking Eye
I parked at 10.39.59 on 19/11/2015 at Maidstone St Peter's Wharf ME16 0SN to take my disabled mother aged 92 who is in a wheelchair shopping at the shops at the car park, to help her with Christmas purchases. We visited TK Maxx & spent £139.92. Then visited The Range for coffee. After this we went to Hobbycraft & then Asda for lunch, spending £ 8.15. We then went back to The Range to purchase something we had seen earlier for £13.17. Obviously my mum being in a wheelchair it takes ages to get her in & out of toilets & The Range had their disabled toilet out of action, making things worse than ever. Also in & out of car takes ages getting wheelchair in & out. We eventually got back to the car & exited at 13.58.22. I except this is over time but dealing with an elderly mother & a wheelchair takes time. I believe you have 10 minutes grace for leaving but with 10 minutes grace for parking too I would be within the limit. I have receipts for all purchases if proof is needed. We shopped only in the shops around this car park not leaving to visit other parts of the town at all.
