Complaint against Microsoft

My husband recentlly lost his battle with cancer. He died on the 16/12/2015. During the last week of him illness and a week after he passed away as I was grief stricken and priorly constantly at the hospital, my 10year old son consoled himself by using FIFA 2016 on the his Xbox, it later emerged after my card was declined at a supermarket that he had bought virtual FIFA points to buy players for his ultimate team. I never authorized these payments and did not have a clue as to what was happening. As you can imagine this has been unnecessary stress at a time when I have just lost my husband to cancer. I contacted Microsoft and they are not willing to refund any of the money spent, even though I explained the situation and provided a copy of my husbands death certificate. My husbands funeral which is on the 15/01/2016 is going to cost me £7500 I just do not know what to do, I cannot afford to pay for the funeral and I feel that Microsoft are being very unfair andin fact I feel that this is exploitation of a vulnerable child.
