Complaint against O2

Last Summer I made an insurance claim for a lost iPhone 6. 02 have processed the claim and said my new phone is being delivered. However they delivered a huge phone - the 6 plus. When I said I didn't want this because I originally had the 6, they apologised and said a new one was on its way. This turned out to be 6 plus as well. This has now happened on 5 occasions. In fact I've just had an email from them that I have another 6 plus coming to me today!!! I asked to speak to a manager but they said that I can't because they set up a new password during my last call on the 12th Dec which I don't know....it's enough to send you barmy!
