Complaint against Online Vault
The product in itself is OK. However, if you have any problem the support is non existent. I see from other complaints lodged here that they didn't bother to respond and I expect the same I'm afraid. I pay for the service, have a relatively simple problem and I can get no response at all - I have even tried using their FB page to contact them via a message - nothing. We AS THE CUSTOMER are not allowed certain ways of describing a company but if a person takes your money, then they should provide adequate support. With an IT related company dealing with important things like customers' backups one would expect 24 x 7, not an automated response telling you to wait 3 days - and then receive nothing at all. I would definitely not recommend this company and have been sure to steer people clear of them. A shame, because, as I say the product is quite good - just the staff that fall way short of the mark. As an aside, a few years back, the support was superb - what on earth happened??
