Complaint against World Stores
I ordered a sofa on 21/09 to be delivered on 23/09 by the 25/09 I had not received so called (on hold for 40 mins, always the norm) to be told actually it was coming on 28/09 which it also did not. The couriers, other members of customer service and the Internet were all to blame. I received no calls/emails despite each of the FIVE different assistants I spoke to. I was laughed at by a customer service assistant who seemed to find my circumstances amusing. I called 3 more times on the 28th to be told it would come the 29th. I received an email to say it had already been delivered (it had not!) then received an email saying it was actually out of stock. It was only when I threw the book at them with the law and disputed it with paypal I got a response.
