Complaint against Language Line
I have applied for language interpreter English to Somali with language line, after been assessed by the assessment team. First assessor spoke Somali language the other two assessor only spoke English. After having assessment I was called back to notify me that I have felt the assessment because I was nervous. After the assessment was booked to have another assessment was told that I also felt the reasons was that I asked the patient what sort of a medicine they been using twice. And my reply was that it is a medical that it's is important to get the facts right. And also that the dialogue language your assessment team are only spoken in London Somalian are 5 percent. And should widen their team to meet the needs of the doctors and those using medical grounds. In reply from the manager was that she wouldn't feel confident if I was translator for her, even though she hasn't understand Somali. My answers was to her that the company should widen their team.
